Throughout North County San Diego and beyond, there are so many inspiring events, experiences, and opportunities that may be meaningful to members of our community. This page is simply a place for us to share happenings we think others may enjoy or find helpful along the way.
These are not NCCF-sponsored events, but rather community happenings that some of our members may be attending, supporting, or recommending — including wellness retreats, fundraisers, races, speakers, creative workshops, yoga events, local gatherings, and more.

Fall 2026 Be Well Women's Yoga Retreat
Be Well Survivor Retreats are a truly special part of our community—offering cancer survivors the opportunity to step away from daily life and into a peaceful, supportive space designed just for them. Hosted several times throughout the year, these all-expenses-covered retreats take place in serene, natural settings that invite deep rest, reflection, and healing. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to nurture the body, mind, and spirit—surrounded by women who understand the journey.

Curebound Cancer Challenge
Over the past decade, Curebound's signature community event has raised $32.5 million for innovative cancer research and united thousands of people with one goal: to end cancer.

Celebrate Survivorship Month
We warmly invite all cancer survivors to join us at the NCCF table for a special cCare survivorship event to celebrate the strength and resilience of our community! This gathering will focus on mind-body integrative oncology, nutrition with a smoothie bar, healing retreat experience, and confidence/appearance, so we encourage you to don your black NCCF t-shirt or your purple jacket! There will be healthy food, and an area for socializing, plus a raffle drawing for few lucky winners!
